Management Team Mike Wright — President Mike Wright joined Metech in 2009 through the merger between Metech and Guaranteed Recycling Xperts (GRX), where he was the President. Mr. Wright has many years of experience in the I.T. industry and earned AA degrees in Computer Information Systems and Business Management from Northwestern Michigan College. He is Chairman of the International Electronics Recycling Institute (IERI) and an active participant in the Basel Action Network (BAN). Mr. Wright is on the Board of Directors and is the treasurer of CORE, a trade group dedicated to sustainability in business. Stan Yanaga — Vice President, Recycling Services Mr. Yanaga joined Metech in 2005. Mr. Yanaga is responsible for the sales, marketing and customer service for the company's recycling services. Prior to joining Metech, Mr. Yanaga was a partner in Electronics Recycling Services, Inc., a California based recycling company. Previous business experience includes working as the General Manager for JVC America, Magnetic Media Division, Sales and Operations. Mr. Yanaga has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. David Newkirk — Controller Mr. Newkirk joined Metech in 2008. Prior to joining Metech, Mr. Newkirk served as VP Finance and Controller of CXI, which was merged with Novell, where he then served as Division Controller for the manufacturing operations. Mr. Newkirk also served as Controller at Combinet, which was acquired by Cisco Systems. Mr. Newkirk began his career as an accountant at National Semiconductor. Mr. Newkirk has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Accounting from California State University, Chico.
